About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead brand positioning, market penetration, and business growth initiatives
• Identify new market opportunities within the renewable energy sector
• Manage and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets
• Oversee digital, offline, and B2B marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for integrated planning
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns
• Build strategic partnerships and industry networks

Candidate Requirements

• Gender: Male
• Education: BA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 15 years (mandatory)
• Industry Experience: Renewable Energy (required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
• Proven experience in handling senior-level marketing roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15 – ₹18 LPA (based on interview performance)
• Working Hours: 8 hours/day
