Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to handle day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for open positions
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Support attendance and leave management
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee data validation
- Draft offer letters and appointment letters
- Handle employee queries and HR coordination
- Support engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlement coordination
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR role
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
