Position: Junior SEO Specialist (Off-Page & Outreach)
Location: Remote
Reports To: SEO Manager / Digital Marketing Lead

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Junior SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. This is an entry-level role perfect for someone who is eager to learn the "engines" behind search engine rankings. Your primary focus will be off-page SEO, specifically building brand authority through strategic link outreach, content distribution, and community engagement.

If you enjoy researching niche topics, writing persuasive pitches, and finding the best corners of the internet to share content, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
1. Link Outreach & Relationship Building
* Conduct deep-dive research to identify high-quality websites, blogs, and influencers within our industry.
* Draft and send personalized outreach emails to editors and site owners to secure guest posts or resource links.
* Maintain an organized database of outreach targets and follow-up schedules.

2. Blog Posting & Content Distribution
* Coordinate with the internal content team to publish guest articles on partner sites.
* Ensure all external posts meet our quality standards, including proper formatting, image optimization, and link placement.
* Assist in updating internal blogs with fresh metadata and internal linking.

3. Community Engagement & Forum Posting
* Monitor and participate in relevant discussions on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and industry-specific forums.
* Provide genuine value to online communities while subtly driving traffic and brand awareness back to our site.
* Identify "broken link" opportunities and suggest our content as a superior replacement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong Communication: Exceptional written English skills; you should be able to write emails that people actually want to read.
* Research Prowess: Ability to use Google Search Operators (e.g., site:, inurl:, intitle:) to find hidden opportunities.
* Organizational Skills: You’ll be managing dozens of conversations at once; staying organized is non-negotiable.
* Basic Web Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress (or similar CMS) and a basic understanding of what a "backlink" is.
* Resilience: A thick skin for when emails go unanswered and the persistence to try a different angle.

Preferred (But Not Required) Experience
* Basic understanding of SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Moz.
* Experience running a personal blog or social media page.
* Familiarity with Google Sheets or Airtable for tracking data.
