Job Description:

Job Title: Maintenance technician. 

Experience- Minimum 3 years

Location:  Dubai

Salary- 1600-1700 AED

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing equipment, machinery, and building systems to ensure optimal operation and safety. This role supports daily operations by minimizing downtime and ensuring all facilities are in good working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and building systems
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and repair them promptly
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs in a timely manner
• Install, assemble, and test new equipment or systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Order and manage maintenance supplies and tools
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma Mechanical/Electrical equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
