Quality Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Officer to oversee quality assurance operations. The QA in charge will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and maintaining product/service quality. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily QA activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure compliance with industry regulations (ISO, GMP, etc.).
• Identify and resolve quality issues by working closely with production and other departments.
• Train and guide the QA team to enhance their skills and ensure quality objectives are met.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of quality checks and audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure raw materials meet quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product/service quality and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CPET/Diploma / Degree
• 0-3 years’ experience in Plastic Industries
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Leadership and team management abilities.
• Knowledge in documentation and reporting for audits and compliance.
