We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented Purchase & Admin Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling purchase activities, vendor coordination, communication, documentation, and day-to-day administrative work.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle purchase inquiries, orders, and vendor follow-ups • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams • Prepare quotations and maintain related documents • Maintain purchase records, data, and filing systems • Handle administrative and coordination work • Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel and documents in Microsoft Word • Ensure proper communication and documentation management
Required Skills
