Job Description:

Position: Regional Manager –Sales 

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Required: 5–8 years in Industrial/Machine Manufacturing

Sales Budget: ₹7 – 12 LPA

Reporting To: National Sales Head

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Manager (Sales) to drive sales operations across the Northern region. The role requires strong focus on industrial sales, business expansion, and customer relationship management for machine manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed regional sales targets consistently.
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts in Punjab and Northern India.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with industrial clients.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, prepare proposals, and finalize agreements.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor regional sales/service teams to achieve set objectives.
  • Provide effective after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales recovery and ensure timely collection of dues.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for pricing, technical inputs, and strategic planning.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of sales revenue targets.

Number of new clients/projects acquired per quarter.

Customer satisfaction and repeat business ratio.

Payment collection efficiency (recovery timelines).

Expansion of presence in Northern markets.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

5–8 years of relevant experience in machine manufacturing or capital goods sales.

Strong business development and customer engagement skills.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

Flexibility to travel extensively (~40–50% of time).
