Hiring Operation Manager for a Leading CPC Manufacturer in India

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Manager operation to lead our CPC plant 

operations in Odhisa India. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process oriented CPC industry, with the ability to drive and ensure operational excellence. 

Primary Responsibilities 

•  Overall Plant Operations: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the CPC plant, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. 
• Engineering and Maintenance: Oversee plant maintenance, ensuring equipment reliability and minimizing downtime.  
• Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met, and implement quality control measures to improve  product quality. 
• Safety and Environment: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations. 
• Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of plant personnel, providing guidance and development opportunities.

Role Requirements / Specifications 

Desired Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical. Candidate with 
• handling plant operational / process role in Calcined Petroleum Coke 
• and with excellent communication will be suitable 

Desired Experience

• Minimum 08-10 years of experience in a similar industry, with at least 4 to 5 years in a leadership role as Manager Operation. 

Knowledge & Skills 

• Administrative Skills: Strong Technical administrative skills, with experience in coordination with sales, marketing team for production related update, and customer relationship management. 
• Leadership and Team Management: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. 
• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Salary Negotiable based on current salary and experience.
