We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive with excellent communication skills and a passion for the service industry, particularly in MSME Loans and Government Subsidies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B growth by meeting with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field meetings with potential B2B clients, including manufacturing units, machine manufacturers, and other stakeholders in the MSME sector.
- Present and explain our services related to MSME Loans, Government Subsidies, and other financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration.
- Regularly update and report on field activity, client feedback, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align client needs with service offerings.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the financial services or MSME sector.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven persuasive ability to influence potential clients and close deals.
- Knowledge of MSME Loan schemes, Government Subsidies, and financial services.
- Ability to understand market trends and identify new opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
