Job Overview:
We are looking for a Surface Grinder Operator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating surface grinding machines to ensure precision finishing of metal components. Freshers with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate surface grinding machines as per job requirements
- Ensure accurate dimensions and smooth surface finish
- Read and understand technical drawings and measurements
- Perform machine setup and basic maintenance
- Inspect finished products for quality standards
- Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of grinding machines and tools
- Ability to read measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer)
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
