Job Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with experience in procurement from manufacturing industries. The candidate should have strong knowledge of international purchasing, import-export documentation, and good English communication skills.
Job Responsibility
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities from manufacturers and suppliers
- Manage international purchasing and vendor coordination across global markets
- Knowledge of documents related to purchase work.
- Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams for timely delivery of materials
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with international suppliers
- Maintain supplier database and develop new vendor relationships
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations
Skills, Experience and Qualification Require
- 1–3 years of experience in purchase/procurement from manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of purchase documents
- Experience in international purchasing and vendor handling
- Good command of English (written and verbal communication)
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, word and other software.
