Opening for Safety (Fire Safety) in Pharma MNC Company at Digwal

Job Description:

1. Allocation of a unique number for the change controls.
2. Accompanying managers / next line for MOC reviews in the field.
3. Support for filling of Annexure-2 (shall be performed on an as-needed basis, whenever MOC reviewer is concurrently engaged in multiple responsibilities)
4. On-time Updation of MOC tracker.
5. Updation of MOC closure form Annexure-3 after completion of actions.
6. Assigning MOC pending actions to the respective area owners through Mysafe.
7. Following up, collection and Storage of all process safety documents after sign off.
8. Up-to-date maintenance of process safety documents (both soft & hard copies).
9. Accompanying managers / next line for hazard studies field tour and other process safety assessments.
10. Updation of hazard studies tracker.
11. Assigning hazard studies and other PSM actions to the respective area owners through Mysafe.
12. Field tour/next line with managers for pre-start-up safety reviews.
13. Implementation of new safety initiatives including process safety.
14. Coordinate and support for process safety surveys/assessments.
15. Plan and deliver process safety trainings as scheduled.
16. Any other activities as directed by reporting manager as needed including office safety. 

Other Details:

1. Working Timing – Rotational 8 hours i.e. A Shift (06:00 am – 02:00 pm), B Shift (02:00 pm – 11:00 pm), C Shift (11:00 am – 06:00 am), D Shift (09:00 am – 5:30 pm, General shift)
2. Working Days – 6 Days (Rotational Off)
3. Other Benefits – Bus facility for Zaheerabad location (Rs 250 per month will be deducted) & Canteen facility (minimum amount will be deducted)
4. Location: Digwal (near to Zaheerabad) – Telangana
