We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team at our saree manufacturing unit.

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a working knowledge of ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Sales Team in managing customer orders, inquiries, and sales reports.

Maintain customer data in the ERP system and ensure accurate order processing. Coordinate with various departments, including production and dispatch, to ensure timely delivery of products.

Prepare and maintain reports related to sales performance, customer orders, and stock availability.

Communicate with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings to address their needs.

Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Support the team in handling customer complaints and resolving any issues effectively.

Ensure that all sales documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Provide timely updates to the sales team on customer feedback, sales status, and any potential issues.

Required Skills: Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

data Proficient in Microsoft Excel (ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, andBasic knowledge of ERP systems or willingness to learn (any prior ERP experience is a plus).

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Qualifications: 12th or equivalent qualification. Freshers to 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus).
