Job Overview
We are looking for a driven and technically skilled Sales Engineer to expand the reach of its Online Condition Monitoring solutions across the Western Region. The role requires a candidate with a solid background in industrial sales and a strong ability to promote and sell advanced engineering products. The focus will be on generating new business, strengthening client partnerships, and meeting sales objectives related to condition monitoring systems, vibration analysis, industrial automation, and process instrumentation.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics).

5–8 years of relevant experience in industrial or technical sales.

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following domains is highly desirable:

Online Condition Monitoring Systems

Vibration Monitoring & Analysis

Industrial Automation

Process Instrumentation

Predictive Maintenance Solutions

Strong knowledge of industrial operations and machinery.

High technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex solutions quickly.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Familiarity with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and MS Office tools.

Willingness to travel frequently within the Western Region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth

Meet and exceed sales targets for condition monitoring products in the assigned region.

Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, power, oil & gas, chemicals, cement, metals, and mining.

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
-
Deliver impactful presentations, product demos, and customized proposals to clients.

Lead negotiations and successfully close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Technical Support & Consulting

Serve as a subject matter expert for condition monitoring solutions.

Analyze customer challenges and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for smooth execution and after-sales support.

Stay informed about industry advancements and product updates.
Client Relationship Management

Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as plant heads, maintenance teams, and procurement professionals.

Conduct regular site visits to understand client operations and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to enhance visibility and generate leads.
Planning & Reporting

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM tools.

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence with management.
