Job Description:
We are hiring a General Manager in Ahmedabad.
General Manager – Sales (Pan India)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Experience: 12-15 Years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with MBA (Marketing preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and drive Pan India sales strategy, planning, and execution
• Define business growth roadmap and achieve overall revenue & profitability targets
• Develop and expand national dealer/distributor network and key accounts
• Build strong relationships with large corporates, OEMs, and EPC companies
• Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers and national sales teams
• Drive strategic initiatives including new market entry, product positioning, and branding
• Handle key techno-commercial negotiations and high-value business deals
• Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics
• Work closely with production, service, and finance teams for business alignment
• Ensure strong sales governance, reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Preferred Industry: Air Compressors / Pneumatics / Industrial Equipment / Capital Equipment
