Job Description:
Good knowledge regarding moulding.
Basis quality knowledge like Gas venting, cross clamping, putting required weight, checking logo, date, marking checking, other necessary checks on Pattens.
Knowledge about core.
Handling manpower.
Coordinate with production contractors regarding quality, production, manpower..
Daily shift reports.
Maintain strict control over moulding parameters
Standardize moulding practices across both the shifts
Ensure proper pattern setting, box alignment, and mould integrity
