About the Role
We’re hiring a Head of Operations to build and scale our operations from scratch.
We are currently a 45+ member team and plan to grow to 100+ in the next 12–15 months.
This role is about creating systems, solving problems, and scaling fast—not just managing what already exists.
What You’ll Do
- Build and set up operational systems and processes
- Scale the team and operations as the company grows
- Hire, train, and manage teams across levels
- Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase margins
- Track performance and make data-driven decisions
- Solve day-to-day operational challenges hands-on
- Work closely with leadership to drive business goals
Who You Are
- You have experience scaling a retail / F&B / consumer business
- You understand costs, margins, and how to run efficient operations
- You’ve built and managed teams from scratch
- You are hands-on and take ownership
- You can move fast and get things done
- You care about results, not just titles
