Job Description:
Talent Acquisition (TA) Executive based at the Hyderabad Head Corporate office of Heavy machineries Manufacturing Industries , you will be the driving force behind the company's hiring engine.
This role is designed for a professional with 3 to 5 years of experience who can own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from identifying a vacancy to the successful integration of a new team member
1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
- Sourcing & Strategy: Utilize diverse channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, and employee referrals to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Screening: Conduct initial telephonic and HR interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and behavioral traits.
- Interview Coordination: Seamlessly schedule and manage multiple interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers.
- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure all terms of employment are clearly communicated.
2. Candidate Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Pre-boarding Engagement: Maintain constant communication with selected candidates during their notice period to minimize drop-offs.
- Joining Formalities: Coordinate with candidates to finalize joining dates and manage all day-one formalities.
- Documentation: Collect and verify all necessary documents (educational, experience, KYC) to ensure compliance with company standards.
3. Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Record Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate employee records and recruitment trackers in the HRIS or ATS.
- Verification: Conduct thorough reference checks and background verifications for all new hires.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine recruitment workflows to reduce "time-to-fill" and improve the quality of hires.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate or Post Graduate degree (MBA in HR preferred).
- Expertise: Proven experience in volume or lateral hiring within the Indian market.
- Tools: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to represent the company brand effectively.
