Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to join our Production and Quality departments as Trainees. The role offers hands-on exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and quality systems in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production:

• Assist in manufacturing operations as per SOPs and batch manufacturing records (BMR).
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, equipment, and production processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.
• Support in documentation and record-keeping related to production activities.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

Quality:

• Assist in quality control and quality assurance activities.
• Perform sampling, testing, and documentation as per standard procedures.
• Support in maintaining quality records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
• Participate in audits and inspections as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Pharma / M.Pharma
• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are welcome)
• Gender: Male

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems
• Understanding of GMP guidelines
• Good documentation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team environment
