About the Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical Performance Marketing Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an individual passionate about digital marketing and performance-led growth. You will play a critical role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive online sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth for E-commerce clients.

What You’ll Do

● Lead the development, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on E-commerce brand objectives.
● Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
● Oversee keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy strategy, and landing page optimization to consistently improve campaign performance.
● Monitor and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and spend efficiency to ensure maximum ROI.
● Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies.
● Prepare and present regular performance reports, highlighting key metrics, learnings, and strategic recommendations.
● Plan and execute A/B testing across ad creatives, messaging, audiences, and landing pages to identify and scale winning approaches.
● Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing and E-commerce advertising.
● Collaborate closely with creative, content, and account teams to ensure ad assets align with campaign goals and performance objectives.
● Own and track key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

What You’ll Bring

● 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on E-commerce brands.
● Hands-on expertise in managing and scaling paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
● Strong understanding of E-commerce metrics such as ROAS, AOV, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs, and how paid media impacts them.
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for tracking, attribution, and performance analysis.
● Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and client discussions.
● Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
● A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
