Position Summary

As a Reel Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content for our social media platforms, primarily Reels. You will work closely with our team to develop innovative and engaging concepts that resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

● Reel Creation: Shoot captivating Reels that align with our brand's voice and messaging.
● Concept Development: Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas for Reels, shoots ensuring they are visually appealing and shareable.
● Filming and Editing: Use professional equipment and software to film, edit, and finalize Reels.
● Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Reel content creation.
● Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of Reels to identify key metrics and optimize future shoots.
● Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including account teams, editors, designers, and copywriters, to create cohesive content.
● Shoot enhancements: Stay up to date with latest content creation tactics, tools and developments in the domain and implement them in our shoots.
● Equipment Management: Maintain and organize video equipment (phone, tripod, mic, etc).
