Sr.Engineer-Mechanical Maintenance
Job Description:
Plan and Execute Preventive, Predictive, & Breakdown Maintenance, Ensure Minimum Downtime of machines and utilities & prepare and maintain maintenance schedule and logs.
Monitoring daily improvement of plant maintenance and MTTR and MTBF.
Procurement and follow up of machines as per given schedule and tested as per capacity.
Yearly spare budget make for maintenance department.
Development and modification in mechanical and hydraulics system of all machines for productivity, capacity increasing and machine safety purpose.
Indent and follow-up of the mechanical and hydraulic item for the project and maintenance purpose
