Role: Key Job responsibilities:
1) 3-4 years of prior experience in Beauty and Personal Care Manufacturing (e.g., especially
Shampoo, cream, lotion, conditioner etc.).
2) Thorough understanding of batch manufacturing process with knowledge of batch making
sequence, control points and critical control points.
3) Mixing Equipment Knowledge: Well-versed in operating and handling different types of mixers
like Universal Mixer & Contra Mixer (Contra-Rotating Mixer)
4) Practical experience with cleaning and Disinfection Processes and systems, including of CIP, SIP
and COP process
5) Understanding of the function of Raw material and mixing process
6) Able to follow and record BPR
7) Hands on experience of managing process parameters and able to manage process control.
8) Thorough knowledge of RM Handling, weighment, dispensing and documentation.
9) Understanding of Do’s and Don’t’s of batch Mfg. Process
10) Ability to follow the instructions and guidelines to take corrective actions.
11) Knowledge of GMP in the area of batch mfg. related processes.
12) Able to read and write in English.

Other Job responsibilities:
13) Maintain daily manufacturing records and ensure there is no bulk downtime.
14) Ensure FTIR testing is completed for all batches produced.
15) Check the condition of all equipment regularly and promptly report any maintenance issues.
16) Maintain WIP stock as per the system and ensure strict waste control.
17) Record daily SFG data shift-wise.
18) Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
19) Lead cross-functional teams including chemists, supervisors, and production staff to ensure timely
delivery.
20) Manage projects related to innovation and improvement under project management activities.
21) Ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) conforms to the requirements of the relevant
international standards.
22) Ensure that all processes consistently deliver their intended outputs.
23) Report on the performance of the Integrated Management System and identify opportunities for
improvement to top management.
24) Promote customer focus throughout the organization.
25) Ensure the integrity of the Integrated Management System is maintained when changes are planned
or implemented.
26) Ensure that the defined procedures and practices of the Integrated Management System are
deployed effectively, understood by all personnel involved, and complied with consistently.
27) Define performance measures and objectives for the process after discussing with Head of
Department in alignment with Plant KPI.
28) Initiate and lead improvement projects related to the process
29) Organizing resources so that process runs smoothly on a daily basis, ensuring that business rules are
followed. Also ensuring the training of local process participants.
30) Ensure that performance objectives of the process are met and corrective actions are taken in case
the objectives are not met.
31) Provide guidance to process participants on how to resolve exceptions and errors that occur in
execution of the process

Education & Experience (Must Have)
• 3 – 4 Years of experience in cosmetics mfg. especially Shampoo, cream, lotion, conditioner etc.
• BSC – Chemistry is prefered
