MIS Executive (CRM – Salesforce)

Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive (CRM) who has hands-on experience with the Salesforce application. The candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing CRM data, ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and providing training and support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM (Salesforce) data, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and management review
• Monitor data quality and perform regular data cleaning and validation
• Create dashboards and reports in Salesforce for performance tracking
• Provide training to team members on CRM usage and best practices
• Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide CRM support
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure proper data flow
• Track sales performance, leads, conversions, and pipeline updates
• Ensure timely data entry and adherence to CRM processes by the team
• Suggest improvements in CRM processes and data management systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: IT / Business / Commerce)
• 1–3 years of experience in MIS / CRM handling
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Reports)
• Good analytical and data management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and training skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in sales reporting and analytics
• Knowledge of CRM automation and workflows
• Basic understanding of sales processes
