AGM Supply Chain Management

Job Purpose

To manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations in a jewelry business, ensuring inventory optimization, cost efficiency, timely replenishment, vendor management, and process compliance across manufacturing and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and store replenishment.

· Drive demand forecasting aligned with sales plans, festive demand, and seasonal trends.

· Control gold, diamond, and jewellery inventory with strong audit and loss-prevention mechanisms.

· Optimize working capital through inventory turnover, ageing control, and slow-moving stock reduction.

· Manage karigars, job workers, bullion suppliers, and logistics vendors ensuring quality and timely delivery.

· Oversee secure logistics movement and ensure compliance with insurance and statutory requirements.

· Implement SOPs, ERP systems, MIS reporting, and audit controls.

· Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and logistics teams.
