Role Summary
We are hiring a Business Development professional with hands-on exposure to Fire
Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Projects, with the ability to immediately tap active
industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Business development for Fire Hydrant, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Systems
Lead generation through EPCs, consultants, PMCs & architects
Client meetings, site discussions & requirement mapping
Techno-commercial discussions, tender participation & pricing
Project conversion and order closure
Target Background / Companies
Fire protection system integrators
MEP / EPC contractors
Industrial safety & fire engineering firms
Infrastructure, refinery, pharma & manufacturing project sales teams
Must Have
Strong network in industrial & project sales
Proven fire hydrant & sprinkler project exposure
Experience in project-based sales (not product-only)
Willingness to travel and close business independently
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - FALL
Role Summary:
Looking for a BD professional from Work-at-Height / Fall Protection projects who can immediately
approach industries and sites where fall protection systems are mandatory.
Target Background / Companies:
✔ Fall protection system providers
✔ Industrial safety solution companies
✔ Construction, infra, energy & manufacturing project sales
✔ Safety system integrators / OEM project teams
Key Focus Areas:
* Horizontal & vertical lifelines, anchorage systems, engineered solutions
* Client interaction with EHS heads, project managers & safety consultants
* Site visits, demos, proposals & project closures
* Expansion of fall protection business Pan-India
Must Have:
* Direct experience in fall protection / height safety projects
* Strong industry & site-level contacts
* Ability to close projects, not just generate lead.
Business Development Manager (BDM) – Consulting & Training
Role Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to grow our Consulting &
Training services. This role suits candidates from EHS, safety, technical, engineering,
training, or consulting backgrounds who are interested in business development or already
have BD experience.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business for consulting, audits, compliance, and training services
Meet corporate clients and pitch training & consulting solutions
Develop leads through calls, meetings, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain relationships with HR, EHS, Admin, and Management teams
Coordinate with internal trainers and consultants for smooth project execution
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain basic sales reports
Candidate Profile
3–8 years experience
Background in EHS / safety / technical / training / consulting preferred
Experience or strong interest in B2B sales or business development
Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
