Manager – Operations

Job Description:

Role Summary
The Manager – Operations will be responsible for end-to-end management of factory
operations, including manufacturing of helmets (plastic moulding), safety coveralls
(garments), and breathing apparatus sets. The role requires strong leadership, operational
efficiency, and the ability to ensure timely production, quality standards, and smooth
coordination across departments.
Reporting Structure
Reports To: Operation head
Key Responsibilities
 Oversee overall factory operations and ensure smooth functioning
 Production planning and execution as per business requirements
 Raw material procurement (domestic & imports)
 Ensure timely production and delivery of quality products
 Monitor packaging, dispatch, and logistics coordination
 Maintain effective inventory control and stock management
 Drive new product development initiatives
 Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of plant & machinery
 Enforce safety practices and ensure workforce safety compliance
 Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively
 Manage workforce administration and discipline
Education & Experience
 Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Textile / Production Engineering
 6–8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing operations
 Experience in similar industries (PPE / Safety / Manufacturing) will be an added
advantage
