Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Plant Head to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations in the steel/metal/metal die casting industry. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant performance, optimizing production processes, maintaining quality standards, and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage overall plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, and dispatch
• Ensure production targets are achieved within cost, quality, and timeline parameters
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Monitor MIS reports and drive data-based decision-making
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate with senior management for strategic planning and execution
• Manage workforce planning, training, and performance evaluation
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources (manpower, machinery, materials)
• Handle audits, inspections, and statutory compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
• Strong technical and operational knowledge of steel, metal, or die casting industries

Experience:

• 10 to 20 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience in a leadership/plant head role preferred

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in MIS and production planning
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing practices.
• Good communication and coordination skills

Salary:

₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)

Working Hours:

8 Hours per day
