Job Description:
Job Responsibilities :
- We are looking for an operations Manager to oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, managing 200+ employees, and ensuring smooth production, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- The role involves production planning, manpower management, process improvement, coordination with maintenance/quality teams, and achieving operational targets.
- Candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing operations, lean practices, cost control, and team leadership, preferably from automotive / engineering industry.
- Experience in handling large teams and driving efficiency improvements is essential.
Technical Skill Sets :
- Knowledge of Heat Transfer
- Brazing Process, Thermodynamic Welding process
- TIG, MIG welding for Aluminium
- Production Planning, Scheduling Resource Utilisation
Specialised Knowledge/Technical Traits :
- CAB Brazing Process knowledge
- Aluminium Welding Process
- Problem solving skills
