Position: Project Executive
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 3 - 4 Years
Industries: Pharma
Responsibilities
- Executed construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinated with contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project flow
- Monitored site progress, quality, and timelines, resolving issues proactively
- Assisted in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
- Ensured compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards (for pharma projects)
- Managed materials, manpower, and contractor activities at site
- Maintained project documentation and reports
- Identified risks and implemented corrective actions to avoid delays
- Ensured adherence to EHS and safety guidelines
Required Skills:
- Strong in project execution and site coordination
- Experienced in vendor and contract labour management
- Knowledge of GMP compliance and regulatory standards
- Skilled in cost planning and project scheduling
- Focused on quality control and safety (EHS) standards
Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Civil
