Position: HR Executive

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles (sales, operations, warehouse, plant staff)
- Source candidates through job portals, references.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with hiring for field and plant roles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
