Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented syndicate business head to lead and scale the company's broker-led real estate distribution business across India. The role will involve driving sales through a large network of real estate brokers, activating and engaging channel partners, managing large geographically distributed teams, and ensuring achievement of business targets across multiple cities. This is a senior leadership role suited for a strong real estate sales and distribution professional who has proven experience in building broker networks, leading large teams, and delivering consistent sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- The Syndicate Business Head will be responsible for:
- Managing and scaling Company Syndicate as a pan-India broker distribution platform.
- Driving primary residential real estate sales through a large network of active real estate brokers.
- Building, activating, and deepening relationships with broker partners across key geographies.
- Leading a large sales and distribution team across multiple cities and regions.
- Designing broker activation strategies, engagement programs, training initiatives, and sales campaigns.
- Working closely with developers to identify suitable projects for broker-led distribution.
- Ensuring regular project communication, inventory updates, offers, training, and support are delivered to brokers through the Syndicate platform.
- Driving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
- Improving broker productivity, conversion ratios, repeat participation, and active broker count.
- Using technology, CRM, dashboards, and mobile app data to monitor performance and take corrective actions.
- Coordinating with internal teams including marketing, product, technology, operations, finance, and developer relations.
- Creating a structured operating rhythm for city heads, regional managers, broker relationship managers, and sales teams.
- Building a culture of accountability, speed, transparency, and sales discipline.
Desired Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, broker management, or distribution-led sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate broker ecosystems and developer sales models.
- Experience of managing a team of at least 100 people across multiple geographies.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Experience in scaling sales operations across cities or regions.
- Strong broker relationship management and channel activation skills.
- Ability to work in a technology-led platform environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- High ownership mindset and comfort with target-driven business environments.

- Home loan DSA aggregation businesses
- Mortgage distribution businesses

Experience & Qualification
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in real estate or adjacent distribution-led industries strongly preferred.
- Experience of handling pan-India or multi-city teams will be a strong advantage.
