Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients within the boiler manufacturing sector.
• Marketing Management:
• Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create effective marketing materials.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals.
• Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis and Reporting:
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and marketing performance metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

• BE Mechanical/Chemical, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (7 to 8 yrs) in sales and marketing within the boiler manufacturing industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of boiler products, applications, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and marketing automation tools.
