Job Description:
- Inward machine body buffing inspection and shifting work, all machine cover buffing inspection work, cover sorting, cover strechrolling and place it to standardize place.
- material issue slip generated.
- Taking follow-up from purchase/planning department for sort material.
- From the beginning work distribution for fitters assembly planning work.
- Assembly parts sorting planning and sort material list generating.
- whenever fitters get stuck in their assemblies, problem checking and required setup taking for the solution.
- qc inspection filling work with attaching required documents.
- programming update work as per client fat.
- Whenevr as per planning, we complete machine wiring. sometimes parts are short in machine, in this condition this part of pending work is completed by us due to machine urgency.
Required Skills
- Problem-solving & analytical thinking
- Knowledge of production planning & control
- Communication & teamwork skills.
- B.E./B.Tech is required.
