Job Description:

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to promote the ACCA qualification and drive student enrollments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, student counseling, relationship building, and achieving admission targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Admissions
● Promote ACCA courses and related professional qualifications.
● Counsel prospective students and parents regarding ACCA course structure, career opportunities, eligibility, and fees.
● Convert inquiries into admissions through effective follow-up and relationship management.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Lead Generation & Business Development
● Generate leads through schools, colleges, educational events, seminars, workshops, and referrals.
● Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and corporate partners.
● Conduct presentations and career guidance sessions to promote ACCA.
● Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
● Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
● Address student queries and provide accurate information regarding the ACCA qualification.
● Ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission process.

Administrative Responsibilities
● Maintain student records and lead databases.
● Prepare admission reports and business development updates.
● Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.
● Ensure timely collection of admission documents and fees.
Skills & Competencies
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

● Relationship-building and networking skills.
● Target-oriented and self-motivated.
● Good organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
● Knowledge of ACCA or professional education programs will be an added advantage.

Experience
● 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or business development.
● Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also apply.

● Monthly admission targets achieved.
