Job Description:

Job Title: Despatch Supervisor
Location: Ranihati Factory – Howrah [9am-7pm]
Job Responsibilities:
 Plan and execute daily dispatches as per sales orders, delivery schedules, and priority
requirements.
 Coordinate with Production and Stores teams for readiness of finished goods.
 Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure safe handling of materials.
 Ensure correct quantity, model, size, and quality of goods dispatched.
 Monitor dispatch timelines to avoid delays.
 Negotiate and coordinate freight movement where required.
 Ensure vehicle placement on time for loading.
 Track dispatched vehicles till delivery completion.
 Verify delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR copies, gate passes, and dispatch
documents.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
 Graduate / Higher Secondary with relevant experience.
 2–5 years experience in dispatch / warehouse / logistics role, preferably in
manufacturing plant.
