Job Title: HSE Manager

 Job Location: Qassim or Shedgum, Saudi Arabia

Year of Experience: Minimum 15 years experienced in the construction of Cross-Country Pipelines

Education: University Graduate / Suitable Background

Roles & Responsibility:

1) He should be university graduate and he should be specialized in Safety certification IOSH, NEBOSH., familiar / awareness of ISO 45001-2018, 14001-2015, Certification on lead Audit is added value.

2) He should have 5-10 years of experience with an excellent track record and management skills.

3) Ability to build trust and confidence with management and supervision.

4) Strategic thinking and leadership skills.

5) Ability to communicate with employees at all levels.

6) Responsible to identify best practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, raise safety awareness, and improve safe work practices.

7) Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture within the company.

8) Conduct or coordinate worker training in areas such as safety laws and regulations, hazardous condition monitoring, and use of safety equipment.

9) Perform safety audits and inspect facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance.

10) Investigate industrial accidents, near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities.

11) Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to employees on safety initiatives and necessary changes.

12) Coordinate employee safety programs to determine their adequacy including review of short- and long-term strategic safety planning and development.

13) Order and maintain facility safety inventory including supplies and equipment.

14) Work within company policy as outlined in the HSE manual and in compliment with the Construction safety Manual, Policy, and OSHA Safety rules.

15) Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
