Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and well-spoken Relationship Manager to manage store operations and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach toward improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
