Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-focused and well-spoken Relationship Manager to manage store operations and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach toward improving customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Actively ask for customer feedback regarding products and services
  • Analyze feedback and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
  • Oversee daily store operations including billing, stock handling, and display
  • Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation
  • Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment
  • Support sales growth by promoting products, offers, and schemes
