We are looking to hire a Purchase Manager – Real Estate & Construction for our project in Zundal, Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Purchase Manager – Real Estate & Construction
Location: Zundal, Ahmedabad
Experience: 3–5 Years
Monday to Saturday working
10AM -7 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Procure construction materials (cement, steel, tiles, sanitary, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
- Plan material requirements and coordinate with site teams
- Negotiate rates and maintain vendor relationships
- Create POs, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely supply
- Verify quality & quantity of materials and maintain proper documentation
- Assist in cost control and prepare purchase reports
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in Real Estate / Construction procurement
- Knowledge of construction materials and vendor market
- Strong negotiation and costing skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- MS Excel / ERP knowledge preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain / Civil / Business / Commerce
