Job Description:
Job Title: Sales Executive – Flexible Packaging
Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts in the flexible packaging segment, ensuring achievement of sales targets, customer satisfaction, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as FMCG, Food & Beverage, Pharma, Agro, and Industrial Packaging.
- Manage and grow existing key accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume & revenue) on a monthly and annual basis.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable flexible packaging solutions (laminates, pouches, films, etc.).
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial offers, pricing, and contracts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Follow up on payments and receivables to ensure adherence to agreed credit terms.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM systems.

- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of flexible packaging products and applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel as required
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or related field
- 2–6 years of experience in Flexible Packaging / Films / Laminates / Printing & Packaging Industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Preferred Industry Exposure:
- Flexible Packaging (Pouches, Laminates, BOPP, PET, CPP Films, etc.)
- Printing & Packaging
- Plastic / Polymer Industry
KPIs (Performance Indicators):
- Sales volume & revenue achievement

- Collection efficiency (DSO control)
