Position : E-Commerce Executive
Experience : 1 – 2 Yrs
Salary Budget : 25 – 40K p.m.
Location : Vadodara (Gorwa)
Gender : Male
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Product listing, optimization, and inventory management on platforms like Amazon & Flipkart
- Handling order processing, dispatch, returns, and refunds
- Running promotional campaigns and managing PPC ads
- Managing customer queries and ensuring positive feedback
- Analyzing sales data and optimizing performance
- Coordinating with marketplace account managers and ensuring compliance
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
Technical Skills Required:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization
- Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of inventory and order management systems
