Plant HVAC Engineer

Job Description:

• Professional experience and qualified knowledge in HVAC/Plumbing Engineering of various plants such as power, gas, LNG etc. - Overall comprehensibility in HVAC/Plumbing equipment and materials along with other engineering coordination structures - Design optimization of client requirements in the perspective of cost and schedule - Engineering management with inter-discipline, client, vendor.

Design HVAC / Plumbing System Concept & Design Criteria  P&ID, Control Schematic Diagram, Design Criteria, Technical Specification - HVAC Load Calculation & Equipment Selection in Elite CHVAC, Carrier HAP  HVAC System and Equipment Sizing Selection - HVAC / Plumbing Detail Arrangement Design in AutoCAD and REVIT  HVAC / Plumbing Duct and Piping Layout Drawing  HVAC Control Layout Drawing - Procurement support  RFQ (Request for quotation) issue  Technical Bid Evaluation of Vendor Proposal - Vendor Control  Technical clarification in implementing vendor data  Vendor print review and inter-discipline coordination - Manage and review for CFD analysis of HVAC system - Bill of Material Take off  Calculating HVAC BM accordant to the drawings output from Physical Design - Engineering supports for HVAC construction and commission

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Career - Requiring more than 5 years of HVAC engineering experience  Minimum of 2 projects in the Power & Gas sector in the engineering field Preferential - Certification(s) related to professional HVAC - HVAC Construction site engineering experience
