Job Description:
Position: HR Manager
Location: Ghaziabad
Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Industries: FMCG
Responsibilities:
- Policy Framework
- Effectively formulate the HR policies which establish standards of behavior, and obligations and document disciplinary procedures.
- Ensure implementation of the policies which set out clear ground rules for employees and protect the rights of employer.
- Employee Relation & Welfare
- Organize employee welfare & motivational activities, birthday celebrations, recreational activities, induction programs etc.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- HRIS & Other Function
- Review & present HRIS to senior management, Manage HR Budget, manpower planning, recruitments, joining & exit formalities.
- Statutory compliance & Payroll Management Overview
- Manage end-to-end error-free payroll processing, reimbursements processing & payroll audit.
- Managing the payroll of regular staff as well as the contractual staff.
- Manage compliance of all statutory matters such as PF, ESI, Factory Act, Mediclaim, Bonus, Gratuity, Pollution Control, Labour Laws, drafting of Legal Notices, grievance handling of employees
- Recruitment
- End-to-end recruitment through Portals, Placement agencies and through campus recruitment. Recruitment for all profiles in a manufacturing unit is required
- Employee Training & Development
- Preparing training schedules for employees department-wise.
- Focussing on internal employee development and succession planning
- Performance Management
- Plan, monitor and review the employee's work objectives and overall contribution to the organization & effectively set up the KRAs.
- Manage the Appraisal Process, access the appraisal forms, revise the compensation structure, evaluate the impact of total incremental cost and take final approval from the top management and issue appraisal letters.
Required Skills:
- Master Recruiter - blue/white and grey collar
- Understanding of HR dashboard and MIS
- Ability to effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Proven experience with HR metrics.
Required Qualification: - BBA/MBA - HR
Salary: - Upto 7.20 LPA
