Job Description:

Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Talent Acquisition Lead (Lead Assistant Manager) to manage end-to-end recruitment operations for BPO and Travel hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bulk hiring, stakeholder management, team handling, and delivering quality closures within tight timelines.

This role requires a highly energetic recruitment professional who can independently drive hiring strategies while managing a small recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for BPO and Travel domain hiring.
  • Handle volume hiring for customer support, travel sales, operations, backend, and related roles.
  • Lead and mentor a recruitment team of 2–3 recruiters.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business hiring requirements.
  • Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and candidate evaluation.
  • Manage interview scheduling, offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports/MIS.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence regarding hiring trends and competitor mapping.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in BPO recruitment and Travel industry hiring.
  • Experience in handling bulk and lateral hiring mandates.
  • Team management experience is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing channels.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS tools.
  • Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA in Human Resource
  • 5+ years experience with 1+ year experience in leadership role.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Candidate must be based out of Delhi
  • Ready to work in stretched hours to meet the hiring requirements.
  • Comfortable traveling/working from both Gurgaon (Gwal Pahari) and Noida offices.
  • Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving hiring targets.
