Food Technologists in a leading food processing industry.

Job Description:

• Monitor end-to-end production process to ensure food safety and quality compliance.
• Control critical parameters such as moisture, purity, mesh size, small volume, fiber content.
• Perform in-process quality checks and approve batch stages.
• Ensure strict implementation of HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and CCP controls on shop floor.
• Identify deviations and lead root cause analysis and CAPA.
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC, and Maintenance teams.
• Maintain batch records, traceability, and documentation.
• Support customer audits, regulatory audits, and certification processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for better yield, consistency, and    cost efficiency.
• Ensure zero contamination and strict hygiene discipline in manufacturing.

Require Skills :

• HACCP / GMP / GLP implementation
• In-process quality control
• Batch record management.
• Food safety compliance (ISO, BRC, FSSAI)
• Critical parameter monitoring (moisture, purity, mesh size, swell volume, fiber content).
• CAPA and root cause analysis 
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Audit handling (customer and regulatory)
• Process improvement and yield optimization
• Documentation and traceability systems
• Knowledge of nutraceutical/pharmaceutical manufacturing standards.   
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Food Technology / QA / Production in Pharma or Nutraceutical industry.
• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science; B.Tech in Food Technology preferred.
