Job Description:

Role Objective: Drive overall HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and manage manpower requirements across shop floor and office
  2. Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks
  3. Handle recruitment strategy, onboarding, and retention planning
  4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and audits
  5. Drive performance management systems (KPI/KRA)
  6. Maintain employee discipline, grievance handling, and engagement
  7. Coordinate training programs for skill development (PLC, safety, hygiene)
  8. Oversee payroll coordination, attendance systems, and shift planning
  9. Build a strong work culture focused on accountability and execution
