About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and analyzing performance to ensure impactful results. Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

SEO, AEO & GEO Optimization:
Optimize website content and blogs for search engines and answer engines (e.g., Google SGE, voice search, AI assistants). Perform in-depth keyword research, develop high-quality backlinks, and enhance content to rank across traditional
search (SEO), answer-based results (AEO), and AI-generated search experiences (GEO). Use tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs to improve organic visibility and traffic.

Reporting & Analytics:
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Provide actionable insights for campaign optimization across SEO, AEO, GEO, and paid channels.

Advertising Campaigns:
Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads to meet lead generation and conversion goals.

Competitor Research:
Analyze competitors’ campaigns, keywords, content strategies, and presence across search and AI-driven platforms to uncover new opportunities.

Content Creation:
Write engaging blogs, marketing content, and ad copies tailored to target audiences. Develop content optimized for search engines as well as AI-driven and answer-based platforms.

Blog Writing:
Produce well-researched, SEO-, AEO-, and GEO-friendly blog content that educates, ranks well, and aligns with evolving search behaviors.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and development teams to align on campaign visuals, UX, and execution.

Marketing Calendar (Optional – Advantage):
Assist in developing and maintaining a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Social Media Management (Optional – Advantage):
Plan and execute marketing strategies across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience in SEO, AEO, GEO, backlinks, paid ads, and content writing.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or Ahrefs.
• Experience running campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report KPIs effectively.
• Ability to conduct thorough keyword, competitor, and search intent research across traditional and AI-driven platforms.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for blogs, ads, and marketing content.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing trends, including AI-driven search and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with managing social media and updating marketing calendars.
