Job Description:

As a BSM you will be responsible for driving branch-level business growth, managing a sales team, and achieving targets across banking and third-party financial products like CASA, loans, insurance, mutual funds, and investments.

 

  • Drive branch sales and revenue growth
  • Achieve targets for:
    • CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
    • Loans (personal, business, etc.)
    • Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other TPP products
  • Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
  • Ensure cross-selling and up-selling of banking products
  • Increase customer acquisition and branch profitability
  • Handle HNI / retail client relationships
  • Monitor team productivity and sales performance
  • Ensure branch compliance and operational efficiency
  • Coordinate with product and operations teams for business execution

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
  • Minimum: 3–6 years experience in banking sales
  • Preferred: 2–4 years experience team handling
  • Experience in retail banking / liabilities / wealth / CASA sales
  • Graduate (Any stream) – minimum requirement
  • MBA / PGDM (Finance / Marketing) – preferred
  • Banking / Finance certifications are an added advantage
