Job Description:
Company is a next-generation clean energy company headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, operating at the forefront of India’s green hydrogen, renewable energy and advanced energy storage transition. With full-stack capabilities spanning electrolyser manufacturing,
hydrogen systems engineering, EPC execution and large-scale project commissioning, Comapny is among India’s earliest companies to translate green hydrogen ambition into operating assets.The company is building a strong domestic manufacturing backbone with a 300 MW electrolyser manufacturing facility under development in Gujarat, scalable to 1 GW by FY 2028–29, alongside a PEM fuel cell assembly line targeted to reach 400 MW automated capacity by 2029.
• Beyond hydrogen, AGPL is actively executing large-scale solar EPC projects exceeding 300 MW and is a key participant in the grid-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) sector, including Gujarat’s first 100 MWh storage deployment under execution. These initiatives are aligned with the Government of India’s PLI framework and the National Green Hydrogen Mission, reinforcing company’s role in technology localization, energy security and large-scale decarbonization.

Educational Qualification & Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Energy preferred)
Experience • Minimum 6 – 8 years of BD experience in C&I Solar + BESS

Personal Abilities
• Strong knowledge of policy, financial modelling, and hybrid technical concepts
• Hands-on closure experience of C&I hybrid (Solar + BESS) projects
• Willingness to travel extensively for business acquisition
