Job Description:

Position:        Jr. Executive/Executive - QC (Packing)

Location:        Daman

Experience:     3 - 6 Years 

Industries:     Pharma 

Responsibilities:

• Testing of Packaging material as per SOP /STP/Specifications, report the results, SAP release of the material and complete the needed documentation online.
• Sampling of Packing material, retest material and other as per requirement.
• To drive Quality Policy and encourage continual Improvement in Quality system at site to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
• To ensure and do calibration of Quality Instruments/equipments as per SOP frequency with related documentation completion. Compliance of GLP and safety policy in Quality.
• To ensure there is no any deviation in Packaging material analysis and related reports. If any deviation noted responsible to raise the deviation evaluate and close as per frequency of SOP and ensure CAPA to avoid re-occurrence.
• To ensure availability of approved artworks, color shade, text matter and other things needed in Quality control department for the analysis as per requirement. To ensure and proper up keeping of packing materials specification, STP and others.
• To initiate the change control, complete the impact assessment, related documents and others. To ensure the closure of the change control within frequency of the SOP.
• To operate and do analysis using instruments like weighing balance, pH meter, refrigerator, hot air oven, conductivity meter, Melting Point, Bursting strength tester, Scuff Resistance meter, Torque tester and other instruments/equipment's as per requirement.
• To ensure the availability of the approved reference samples of packaging material. To ensure and proper up keeping of standard specimen of Packing Material.
• To ensure destruction of the analyzed samples of packing material samples, raw material samples, retest material samples, vendor samples or other samples in Quality control laboratory
• To ensure the proper Labelling of the released packing material, retest material and other from Quality Control.
• To ensure that the glassware used in testing should be clean, free from debris, foreign matter and detergent residue.
• To ensure the good housekeeping of the instrument laboratory and chemical laboratory on routine basis. Maintenance of Quality Control Laboratory and to ensure proper handling of equipments/instruments, chemicals, reagents, glassware, and other requirements.
• Preparation and review of certificate of analysis of Packaging material and others as per requirement.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 6.50 LPA
